FAQs

answers to your questions

Coaching is a dynamic, thought-provoking, and creative process focused on helping you become the person you want to be so you can flourish and thrive. We will explore your vision and dreams of where you want to be, identify where you are right now, and work to remove obstacles and roadblocks preventing you from achieving your goals and dreams.

I will provide a safe space for you to take a deep breath and step out of the hustle and bustle of life. You are the expert on your life. Instead of providing one-sized fits all advice, I’ll partner with you by listening without judgment and asking thought-provoking questions to help you discern your next step.

Some of the benefits my clients enjoy are:

  • Taming their schedule so they don’t feel rushed and stretched too thin.
  • Identifying their values, talents, and strengths so they can make decisions with confidence.
  • Learning to manage their emotions so they can cultivate a thriving home atmosphere.
  • Cultivating relationships with their friends and family.
  • Pursuing their passions while cultivating a thriving home atmosphere.

We will meet online via telephone or Zoom for 30 minutes.

I will prepare ahead of time by reviewing any information you submit (intake surveys or pre-session surveys). The more information you provide, the better I can prepare.

The majority of our time will be spent with me asking you questions about your situation and goals. I’ll be looking to clarify the information you submitted so that I know best how to support you.

I’ll also share specifics of how the coaching relationship works.

At the conclusion of our call, I will offer some possible next steps and answer any questions you have.

Great question! I recommend you start with a free Discovery Call. It’s 30 minutes for us to become familiar with each other and allows you to ask any questions about the coaching process.

Coaching calls are held via telephone or Zoom. You’ll receive instructions on how to connect once your payment is completed.

Unfortunately, I am not able to offer in-person coaching at this time.

I begin working with clients over a minimum of three months (typically two sessions per month, every other week). If coaching proves a good fit for you, we can continue to work together for as long as the coaching relationship is beneficial.

All appointments must be booked within six months of the purchase date. Any remaining appointments not scheduled by six months from purchase will expire.

Coaching is an investment in your personal growth to help you achieve your desired outcome faster.

My time is valuable, as is yours. Therefore, I do not offer refunds for coaching sessions.

Coaching sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to our scheduled meeting. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of our call are subject to forfeiting your session fee.

If you are late for a session, you will lose that portion of the session time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session, the session will be canceled without a refund.

Coordinating schedules can be a challenge. If you cannot find a time for us to meet, you can keep checking back or sign up for my coaching waiting list. When I have an opening in my coaching schedule, I’ll first email those on the waiting list. In the meantime, you will receive my encouraging and practical weekly emails. Enter your email below to be added to the waiting list.
